Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to teach young children affected by autism.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will work directly with children and families in their natural environment, teaching essential skills through play-based activities. Our home-based treatment approach focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in partnership with families.

Responsibilities
  • Teach children essential skills such as communication, sharing, and waiting
  • Work with families to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement ABA therapy in a home-based setting
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RBT Certification
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills
Benefits
  • $27.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications
