About the Privacy Product Team
The TikTok Privacy Product team is dedicated to fulfilling privacy and compliance requirements while optimizing user experience. As a Product Manager, you will develop innovative solutions to meet global regulatory standards, emphasizing user empowerment and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of complex compliance projects within the Privacy and Responsibility domain, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee project planning, prioritization, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise effective go-to-market strategies that align with regulatory requirements.
- Work with product managers to enhance internal processes, improving efficiency and clarity in project execution.
- Establish reusable frameworks to streamline operations and foster collaboration.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management within the technology sector, with a solid grasp of products and technology.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with compliance and privacy regulations in the tech and social media industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
