Job Title: Registered Nurse - Public Health

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Public Health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in public health nursing
Requirements
  • BSN or higher degree in nursing
  • Current MA RN licensure
  • AHA or ARC BLS Provider Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
