Position Overview:

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for a diverse range of daily activities related to the strategizing, organization, and implementation of promotional initiatives for the institution. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Advertising and provides support across all campus locations through various channels including print and digital media, event coordination, and website management.

Work Schedule:
The standard work hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. During the summer months, the schedule adjusts to Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Fridays off.

Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will undertake the following duties:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility of the college.
  • Design and produce promotional materials for various events and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the college's website to ensure accurate and engaging content.
  • Coordinate special events to promote the college and its programs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support their marketing needs.
