Job Summary

A Restoration Project Manager with Paul Davis is responsible for leading disaster recovery efforts, managing property restoration projects, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead disaster recovery efforts, coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure effective project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery.
