Mercy Float Pool:

If you love change and like to learn something new every day, the Float Pool is for you. This opportunity allows you to develop clinical assessment skills and sharpen skills in communication and teamwork.

Locations you may float to:

SLTO, Jefferson, Festus, South: South St Louis County- Kennerly Rd, Washington: Washington, MO L&B

Float Pool Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years Labor & Birth RN experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year.

Required Education:

Nursing Degree from an accredited school

Preferred Education:

BSN

License:

current RN license in our state

Certifications:

Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association

Mercy Regional Travel RN:

If you are an experienced Labor and Delivery RN, we have a Regional Travel position. The Registered Nurse will travel to all our Mercy St. Louis area hospitals.

Travel Perks:

Base Rate (calculated off experience) PLUS an additional Float Incentive, Shift Differential Pay, Every 4th weekend, Self-Scheduling, 1 major and 1 minor holiday per year
