Salary and Benefits:
We offer an estimated salary of $62,500 - $67,000 per year, with the possibility of an annual salary adjustment. Additionally, our robust compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long and short-term disability, and retirement benefits.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating positive therapeutic relationships with patients while maintaining professional boundaries. This role requires strong time-management and organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform intake/assessments and assist in coordination of admissions and discharge requirements.Complete detailed charting of progress notes and provide counseling to individuals, groups, and families.Develop and complete patient treatment planning, reviews, and case management.Provide pre-certification of services to managed care companies and conduct psycho-educational and process group therapy for program participants.Incorporate patients' family and significant others in treatment planning and manage ongoing treatment and assess outcomes.Attend clinical and administrative meetings as required.Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants must be licensed LCSWs or LPCs in the state of Missouri. A valid driver's license is also required, as travel to various locations may be necessary. We value candidates with experience working in intensive outpatient programs and conducting group therapy sessions.
