Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of seasoned Business Analysts and System Analysts through complex projects, ensuring successful realization and deployment of new system functionality.
  • Own the requirements, testing, and deployment of new system functionality to business partners, providing level 2 support for existing applications.
  • Understand the technical aspects of our managed systems, specifically Oracle R12, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives to reduce costs and reliability of all Oracle ERP modules and other systems.
  • Collaborate with IT leaders to staff prioritized projects, optimize resource utilization, and enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of ERP systems, implementing best practices and standards to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and manage high-performing teams, analyzing business requests, and recommending best-suited solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP systems, with a minimum of 5 years in a comparable leadership position.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing high-performing teams, with a strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules and other platforms.
  • International experience with the deployment of back-office or supply chain systems, with a strong knowledge of ERP security and compliance best practices.
