Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Indianapolis. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a unique experience for our customers, identifying their needs, and providing outstanding service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, demonstrating all products, and maintaining outstanding standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to provide each customer with a customized shopping experience
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to ensure all customer service issues are resolved and enhance all aspects of customer service
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully
  • Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customers
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency and make effective decisions
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and creates solutions that drive business results and engagement with the brand
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect

About the Role

This is a part-time sales associate role that requires morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Associate pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, and competencies.
