Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, plan, and coordinate significant phases of major civil engineering initiatives.
  • Guide the design team from project inception through to contract documentation and construction oversight.
  • Collaborate and supervise the project team effectively.
  • Evaluate designs, engineering reports, plans, and specifications for substantial projects.
  • Maintain project schedules and deliverable milestones.
  • Coordinate efforts with clients, contractors, external consultants, and internal staff.
  • Engage with project team members, client representatives, review agencies, and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Integrate your existing expertise while continuously expanding your knowledge to incorporate advanced technology and materials into project designs.
  • Promote environmentally sustainable solutions to complex challenges.
  • Address various intricate issues such as conflicting design requirements and coordination difficulties.
  • Mentor team members to foster a dynamic learning atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in land and site design across residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, public works, or industrial sectors.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
