Nurse Practitioner

The staff Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the management of the unit. As a professional caregiver, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients and provides care via the therapeutic use of self and the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care
- Monitor unit activities and contribute to the management of the unit
- Develop and implement staff development programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Current Registered Nurse license in state of employment or compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
Work Environment:
The RN will work in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment, providing care to patients and contributing to the management of the unit. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
