We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare food items according to established recipes and instructions, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Serve meals or prepare for delivery, using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards.
- Use established ticket collection procedures during service, maintaining accurate records.
- Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
- Assist in the ordering and receiving of food and supplies as needed.
- Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Attend in-service and safety meetings, maintaining good working relationships with coworkers and management.
