Join Our Team as a Disaster Recovery CoordinatorAt SERVPRO of Alexandria/Marlton/Morningside, we are seeking a talented Disaster Recovery Coordinator to help us recover from disasters. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing disaster recovery efforts, communicating with stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.

Salary Range:$17-$22 per hour

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review project scope and estimates, negotiate approvals, schedule resources, and coordinate production with crews.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and restoration requirements.
  • Maintain communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.

Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple estimations simultaneously.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and thorough estimates and documentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
