Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities to help them improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.
About the RoleThe Child Development Specialist will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
You will also be required to document client progress, maintain accurate medical records, support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions, and conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA.
Requirements- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings preferred

This role requires working in-person at various locations, including private schools, schools, and in-home settings.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
Competitive salary: $22-$30 per hour.
