Director of Residential Life and Wellness

The Senior Director of Residential Life will oversee the consolidation of Residential Life services, establishing a unified and clinically-driven department that oversees all residential programs in conjunction with the counseling department.
The department will cross-train staff to work with all programs, monitoring and supporting residents/clients.
Responsibilities include being available on-call 24/7, except during scheduled vacation or assigning an on-call staff member.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in addiction/mental health treatment, or a Master's Degree with 2 years of experience, or a Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor with 10 years of experience.
CPR/First Aid certification is required, with Behavioral Assistance Certification a plus.
