Job Description

As a Breakfast Attendant at Staybridge Suites Pigeon Forge, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests start their day off right. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, cleaning and sanitizing the breakfast room, engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction, and responding to any complaints or issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting Guests: Provide a warm and welcoming smile to our guests as they enter the breakfast room.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests by cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and guest areas.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service, and respond to any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Complaint Resolution: Respond to any complaints or issues that may arise, and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of our rotating menu, and be able to answer any questions guests may have about our offerings.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain knowledge of all health and safety standards and requirements, and ensure that our guests are aware of these standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
  • Guest Service Experience: Previous experience in guest service is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch guest service is essential.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all staff is required.
  • Ability to Lift and Maneuver Trays: The ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary is required.
