Job Overview

As a Breakfast Attendant at Springhill Suites Pigeon Forge, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests start their day off right. We are seeking a friendly and attentive individual to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized breakfast area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, responding promptly to any concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on rotating menu offerings and maintain knowledge of all health and safety requirements.
  • Provide top-notch guest service, exceeding expectations and ensuring a memorable experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well with all staff members.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver trays of food safely and efficiently.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification when needed.
  • Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Restaurant experience a plus, but not required.
