Las Palmas Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in El Paso, is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an RN Resident. As a resident, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in orthopedic surgical care while working alongside experienced nurses and medical professionals.
About the Role:
- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for therapeutic response
- Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures
