About Our FacilityDel Sol Medical Center is a 300+ bed full-service hospital in east El Paso, Texas, with a Level II trauma designation. Our range of services includes emergency care, cardiac care, women's services, Level III NICU, rehabilitation, a bariatric clinic, and a Minimally Invasive Surgery Center.
Job Summary and QualificationsThe RN Resident coordinates and delivers high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department. This role requires a collaborative approach to patient care, working with medical providers and other members of the care team to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
- Achieve exceptional patient satisfaction ratings through timely and thorough documentation, as well as proactive anticipation and resolution of patient needs.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, while documenting administration of care in the patient medical record.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control policies and protocols.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCL) certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 1 year of employment.
