Job Title: Director of Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Director to lead our preschool to success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in running a successful early education childcare program and a Bachelor's Degree. The Director will oversee the daily operations and administration of the preschool, creating a warm and joyful environment for staff, students, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism
  • Develop and implement effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure NJ licensing standards are met
  • Work well under pressure and make effective decisions
  • Hire and train new staff
  • Create a community with employees
  • Plan and execute social media and marketing campaigns
  • Perform annual reviews with staff
  • Ensure facilities are well maintained and cleaned according to state regulations
  • Grow NJ Kids experience
  • Implement and train staff on Creative Curriculum
  • Understand and implement budgeting basics
  • Oversee and assist with day-to-day operations
  • Increase school enrollment and revenue
  • Work with school technology programs and train staff
  • Meet with families daily
  • Run special events for the school
  • Program and implement Procare and Intellikids
