Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Barista to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, espresso, blended drinks, and teas.
  • Maintain and replenish inventory and supplies for the coffee shop.
  • Design and prepare the coffee shop menu, including daily specials and unique drinks.
  • Ensure that all residents and guests receive exceptional service and hospitality.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred experience in beverage preparation and presentation.
  • ServSafe Certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
