Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

• Greet customers in our lobbies and provide assistance with transactions and other banking services.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services, and provide personalized advice and solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Process transactions, including cash and digital payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on sales and service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

• 6 months of experience processing transactions, including cash and digital payments.
• Motivational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
• Process-oriented and detail-focused, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Hours per week: 40

Work schedule: Varies with branch needs, including weekends and evenings.
