Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanatoga Center - Pottstown, PA. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Communicate patient information effectively with colleagues and between shifts, ensuring seamless care transitions.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing. A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity preferred. BSN preferred. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
