About the Role:

The Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with the hospital's philosophy, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development of patient care standards and orientation programs.
  • Provide input into the evaluation of staff performance.
  • Participate in nursing Quality Improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with unit administration, including scheduling and payroll.
  • Maintain and role model clinical skills necessary to provide care to patients.
Requirements:
  • Active New Jersey Registered Nursing License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association.
  • BSN Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
