Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and treatments, and ensuring their emotional, physical, and psychological needs are met.
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of quality care and services to residents, in compliance with regulations and facility policies.
- Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents and the preservation of equipment.
- Assist the Director of Nursing with on-call relief and ensure the completion of required documentation in resident medical records.
- Initiate and contribute to the plan of care for residents, according to their needs and policy.
- Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years of experience, or Associate's Degree and 2-4 years of experience.
- Accredited LPN or RN degree and applicable state licensure.
- One to two years of nursing experience in a senior care community, with proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated compliance with State and Local regulations, as well as professional standards and practices.
- A competitive salary range of $26-29 per hour.
- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
