  • Assist in fixed asset management and general cost accounting functions.
  • Manage month-end tasks, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Support legal entity inquiries, IRS tax reconciliations, and preparation of annual tax documentation.
  • Contribute to the monthly forecasting and long-term planning processes.
  • Facilitate the acquisition of new customer programs through comprehensive business case analyses and quoting.
  • Perform additional routine tasks and generate ad hoc reports as directed by the Finance Manager.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems and processes for increased productivity.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Actively participate as a collaborative team member, while pursuing knowledge of other business areas and products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and OneStream is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Ability to efficiently process large volumes of data with accuracy.
