Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Advocating for clients throughout all phases of business disputes, including investigation, case evaluation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
- Drafting and reviewing legal agreements and documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory standards.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research to remain informed on current laws and applying them effectively in legal matters.
- Providing strategic legal counsel to clients, outlining case strategies, and discussing potential outcomes.
- Overseeing all components of the litigation process, including pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeals.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, particularly in Contract Law.
- Must hold a valid license to practice law in the state and be in good standing with the state bar.
- Demonstrated success in managing litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Strong legal research and writing proficiency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset for sound legal decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize multiple tasks, and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.
