Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Oversee the bi-monthly payroll processing and annual filing of W-2s.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Manage the Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Manage the sync with Salesforce and Development team, ensuring seamless financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a major in accounting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, and knowledge of general ledger, accounts receivable, and payable processes.
  • Nonprofit Accounting Expertise: Advanced knowledge of nonprofit accounting, financial management, accounting principles, laws, and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/Masters: Preferred, but not required.
  • CPA: Helpful, but not required.
  • Software Experience: Experience using Sage Intacct, Financial Edge, Asset Edge, Bamboo HR, Salesforce, Expense Path, and Microsoft Office.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with relevant education and experience: $85,000 - $95,000 per year.
