We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our DaVita team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
About the JobThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care, adapt treatment plans, and promote positive outcomes.
Job Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for each individual.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and their families, addressing concerns, and providing education on disease management.
- A degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school or equivalent required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in nephrology or related field highly desirable.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification an asset.
