We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Expeditor to join our IHOP team. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP Team Members and guests
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure a high-quality dining experience
  • Communicate food orders and service requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Memorize IHOP terminology, plating techniques, and menu knowledge
  • Follow IHOP standards for preparing menu items
  • Perform cleaning duties and comply with uniform standards
  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • No prior experience or training required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Common sense reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Successful completion of IHOP training course work
