Insurance Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team at Simco Capital. As an Individual & Family Insurance Consultant, you will play a critical role in bringing new LAH insurance business to the company.
This is a full-time exempt position with an estimated annual salary range of $80,000 - $240,000. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs as they pertain to health and/or life insurance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps in customers' existing coverages and offering suitable, cost-effective solutions using top insurance providers in the market. They will also assist in retaining our current book of business and support Account Managers in executing and implementing strategic planning for our clients.
