Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Perioperative Cardiology Cath Lab team at AdventHealth Ocala. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide self-directed, effective nursing care to groups of patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to Division of Nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed practitioners, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Supervise and teach other personnel in the theory and performance of nursing acts, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
