Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody and promote the core values of the organization.
  • Actively attract new clients by highlighting the services offered by the hospital and managing the client and pet flow to guarantee outstanding care.
  • Optimize the number of pets seen by the veterinary team through efficient hospital operations, particularly for wellness plan clients.
  • Deliver professional and exceptional service consistently, which includes welcoming clients and their pets, ensuring their comfort, and providing education on pet health.
  • Inform clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and the various services available at the hospital.
  • Assist new clients by completing necessary documentation and entering pet information accurately into the system.
  • Support departing clients by providing essential instructions, information, invoices, and scheduling future appointments.
  • Oversee financial transactions by maintaining accurate records and following proper procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of computer use.
  • Comfortable working around various types of pets.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, including weekends and evenings, as client needs dictate.
  • Exposure to pets that may exhibit unpredictable behavior and occasional exposure to medical hazards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old for specific duties.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in customer service.
  • A background in medical fields (veterinary, healthcare, pharmaceutical) with knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
