Job Description

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a highly skilled High Speed Validation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability in our hardware products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test high-speed interfaces and systems.
  • Conduct electrical compliance testing and analysis to ensure product safety and reliability.
  • Work closely with hardware development teams to identify and resolve complex design issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on high-speed interfaces and systems.
  • Experience with electrical compliance testing and analysis, including PDN, EMI/EMC, timing, thermal, and power analysis.
  • Proficiency in schematic and layout design tools, such as Orcad, Allegro, and DxDesigner.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
