Job Summary

Collabera is seeking a Clinical Data Entry Expert to join our team. This role involves maintaining provider demographic and contractual data within our claims processing system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and updating provider records, collecting IRS W-9 forms, and coordinating member re-assignment upon termination of a Primary Care Provider (PCP). They will also assist with administrative tasks related to data entry and validation.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is configured within the provider database.

Main Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain accurate provider data within our claims processing system.
  • Collaborate with Network Development to enter new contracts and modify existing contracts.
  • Collect and verify IRS W-9 forms from providers.
  • Coordinate member re-assignment upon termination of a Primary Care Provider (PCP).
