Key Duties:

  • Monitor and replenish inventory levels in storage areas as necessary
  • Assist Room Attendants with tasks such as removing linens and waste
  • Support the cleaning of guest rooms and bed-making as needed
  • Transport linens between guest accommodations and laundry facilities
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in storage areas
  • Promptly deliver requested items to guest rooms
  • Operate necessary equipment like trash compactors and balers
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding special requests or tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Flexibility in work hours to meet business demands
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior knowledge of cleaning chemicals
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or similar roles

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Capability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods
  • Regular climbing of stairs and walking
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals while adhering to safety protocols
