Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by repairing and overhauling equipment, such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices. You will also provide general repair work on refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment, and perform preventative maintenance activities to ensure quality work performance.

Responsibilities
  • Repair and overhaul equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices
  • Provide general repair work on refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities to ensure quality work performance
  • Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and/or mechanical skills
  • Maintain legible corporate and personal records of work history
  • Process job tickets and work orders in a timely manner
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration installation
  • Ability to work on equipment and troubleshoot, test, and balance systems
  • Valid driver's license and active EPA certification
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., safely climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations
