Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Presbyterian Villages of Michigan. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our senior living community and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and maintain facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure efficient operation.
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical and gas appliances, equipment, systems, and fixtures.
  • Perform landscaping and snow removal tasks to maintain the appearance and safety of the community.
  • Fabricate, install, repair, and maintain structural items such as counters, cabinets, partitions, and floor and ceiling tile.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • One to two years of related experience.
  • Valid Driver's License is required for this position.
  • Certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC preferred.
