ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Collaborates within a team to uphold the general ledger and documentation for mutual funds of varying complexities, ensuring accurate end-of-day net asset value calculations.
  • Handles daily general ledger accounting, reconciliations with prime brokers/banks, processing for advisors/portfolio management, application of corporate actions, expense accruals and payments, daily net asset value and mill rate calculations, portfolio pricing analysis and validations, and timely distribution of internal/external information, alongside portfolio reconciliations.
  • Engages with various internal and external stakeholders, including administrators, transfer agencies, and prime brokers/custodians, to ensure compliance with regulations, audits, and financial reporting, while adhering to SEC guidelines and GAAP standards.
