Job Title: MDS Director

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate MDS Director to join our team at Kenton Nursing Rehabilitation in Kenton, Ohio. Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated, and compassionate RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.

About the Role:

The MDS Director will be responsible for coordinating the care of our residents, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest quality care. The ideal candidate will have a current Registered Nurse License in the State of Ohio and a bachelor's degree in nursing, although a degree is not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the care of residents, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest quality care.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Ensure that all care is delivered in a patient-centered and compassionate manner.
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
