ABA Therapist

Salary: $19-$22+ per hour
Sunny Days Sunshine Center is a unique organization that provides ABA services in an outpatient pediatric setting. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

This role requires the ability to work with children of all ages, including those with disabilities. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to function independently and multitask effectively. Additionally, they should be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors.

The RBT will implement BCBA programs, collect data, move children through program steps, problem-solve to help with behaviors, converse with parents regarding session/behaviors, guide and educate parents, develop session materials, develop social skills lesson plan ideas, collaborate with Sunshine Center team, restrain, run after, or lift a child from the floor if necessary, physically prompt a child, implement behavior intervention plans, complete all paperwork by deadline, assist with changing diapers and potty training as needed, and perform other duties as assigned/required. Work will involve collaboration with the Sunshine Center team and providing support to parents.
