Job Summary: Peak Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide home-based services in Lawton, OK and surrounding cities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be certified as an RBT or willing to obtain certification. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping children and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ABA therapy in individual and group settings
  • Document all sessions thoroughly and accurately
  • Maintain clinical records in accordance with HIPPA
  • Communicate effectively with the client's treatment team


Requirements:
  • Willingness to obtain or already holds a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • 2+ years of experience working with children or Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, child development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and play on the floor with children for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and up-to-date insurance
