Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  2. Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks to restore diesel engines and equipment to working condition.
  3. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues and provide updates on repair status.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts used.
  5. Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to prevent potential issues and extend equipment lifespan.
  6. Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
  7. Safety Guidelines: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
