Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Collections and Renewal Coordinator to join our Risk Operations team at Microf. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the monthly renewals of customer accounts, securing good payment arrangements, and updating account records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond calmly in stressful situations. A strong understanding of billing and collections procedures is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact all non-renewed customers in effort to bring account current and/or get payment every thirty days.
  • Contact all newly assigned accounts within one business day.
  • Consistently meet outbound call requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of collections/customer service experience preferred.
  • An understanding of billing and collections procedures preferred.

Salary: $16-$20 per hour.
