Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a vibrant mountain setting? As a Bartender at Beaver Creek Ski Resort, you will have the opportunity to craft delightful beverages while engaging with guests from around the globe.

About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:
  • Building connections with guests and fellow team members
  • Sharing your enthusiasm for the mountains through excellent service
  • Preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes
  • Ensuring the bar area is well-prepared and maintained throughout your shift
  • Upholding cleanliness and organization at your workstation
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned

Job Specifications:
  • Expected Pay Range: $12.89 / hour plus tips
  • Guaranteed minimum earnings of $20 / hour for tipped positions
  • Flexible scheduling options available, including full-time and part-time shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Entry-level skill requirements

Qualifications:
We provide comprehensive training, so no prior experience is necessary. Ideal candidates will possess:
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • A minimum age of 21
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 40 lbs
