Our multidisciplinary team is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse Practitioner (RNP) to join our efforts in providing mental health services. The ideal candidate will work closely with licensed clinicians and mental health professionals to deliver high-quality care.

About the Role
  • This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, including mental health evaluations and physical health screenings.
  • You will collaborate with psychologists, therapists, and other professionals to develop integrated treatment plans.
  • Prescribing and managing medications for clients with mental health conditions, adhering to state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide client education on mental health diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication usage.
  • Monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse Practitioner license in California.
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based mental health practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
