The successful applicant will analyze behaviors and patterns related to insider activities while implementing detection strategies across various platforms to identify and mitigate insider threats across multiple channels.

The Department

The Cybersecurity Analyst will collaborate with a team focused on developing capabilities to detect insider threats and analyze security incidents, emphasizing insider risks and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). This role necessitates close cooperation with security engineering, data analytics, and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to effectively manage risks throughout Fidelity's computing environment.

Your Expertise
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity threats and incident response methodologies.
  • Understanding of insider threats and DLP policies is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of endpoint, exchange, network, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with policy-based detections utilizing regular expressions and pattern recognition.
  • Ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams while adhering to agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • One to three years of experience in information security within government, military, law enforcement, or financial services sectors.
  • Relevant industry certifications in cybersecurity incident management, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Security+, and other related credentials.
