At Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest, we are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse RN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to neonates and infants in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Key Responsibilities- Perform clinical nursing duties for neonates and infants according to policy and procedures.
- Recognize and respond promptly and appropriately to acute changes in neonate/infant's condition.
- Provide support and teaching to the family unit.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team utilizing verbal and written skills.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least one year of NICU RN experience.
