Position: Systems Administrator

Experience Requirements:
Two (2) to Four (4) Years.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Oversees the daily operations of configuring and managing business systems, which may include mainframe, mini, or client/server architectures. Enhances system performance and resource utilization, while conducting system capacity analysis and planning. Provides user support for accessing and utilizing business systems. Installs, upgrades, and monitors both software and hardware components. Maintains operating systems, business applications, security tools, web servers, email systems, PCs, and both local and wide area networks, including hardware and software, as well as mid-range server hardware. Manages, improves, and creates user accounts/reports, and performs backups using Linux tools and command-line interfaces.
Qualifications:
No formal degree required.
Prior experience in Systems Administration of UNIX/LINUX environments.
Familiarity with administering tools such as RedHat, Microsoft Windows, and VMWare or their equivalents.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for troubleshooting.
