Job Title: HR Solutions Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with our dynamic team at HR Solutions Careers. The ideal candidate will work closely with departments such as Human Resources, Benefits, and Finance to deliver exceptional HR services to clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch client service to HRS clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Accurately and timely process all assigned payrolls, maintaining high levels of precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform day-to-day payroll maintenance, including accurate and timely processing of payroll entries, garnishments, direct deposit information, and employee set-ups.
  • Establish and maintain positive client working relationships, contributing to high client retention rates.
  • Support and train clients and employees on payroll software and general payroll needs.
  • Provide regular progress reports to relevant HRS team members, keeping them informed of any developments.
  • Analyze client needs and provide appropriate recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Perform analysis of completed payroll and troubleshoot data inconsistencies; identify trends and potential issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Represent the HRS team effectively, building trust and credibility, and promoting transparency in all interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting concepts, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
  • Proven ability to self-direct, prioritize work, and meet deadlines, while following established processes and procedures.
  • Superb computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Open-minded, team-oriented, and collaborative work style, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, expertise in building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Dependable and hardworking, with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
  • Data entry experience and fact-checking preferred, but not required.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with a ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with a ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience processing large volume multi-state payrolls, with a strong track record of success.
  • Knowledge of ClientSpace, PrismHR, and HRP is a plus, but not required.
  • PEO/human resources outsourcing experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
